The workshop was organized by the College of Business and Economics and held at the SlU Conference Hall. The review was conducted on three Master’s Programs: Master of Project Management (MPM), MSc in Economics (Specializations in Resource and Environmental Economics and Economic Policy Analysis), and MSc in Finance and Investment.
Mr. Belay Kasaye, the Dean of the College of Business and Economics, stressed that the workshop was organized with a strong belief that the discussions, feedbacks, and constructive comments suggested by the external and internal evaluators and experts in the field would improve the curriculum. Finally, the Vice president for Academic Affairs, Dr. Tsegaye Deyou, stated that launching master’s programs in business and economics fields would have a paramount importance in boosting our economy and paving the way for the development goals the country is aspiring for.
