Brief Message of Executive for Institutional Transdormation

The Executive of Institutional Reform is one of the key executives at the university. It is currently operating at full capacity, preparing its annual plan with a focus on the Citizens' Charter, Kaizen implementation, institutional reform tools, and promoting good governance. The main goal is to improve the quality of institutional services and enhance administrative efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities of Executive for Institutional Transdormation

  • Planning, coordinating, and leading the Executive's activities.
  • Adopting and promoting international best practices for institutional change.
  • Integrating human resources and finances with change tools.
  • Establishing IT infrastructure for efficient service delivery.
  • Strengthening the institution's implementation capacity.
  • Promoting good governance, addressing complaints and grievances.
  • Coordinating the sharing of best practices.
  • Facilitating skill and work experience exchange platforms.
  • Monitoring, supporting, and evaluating the implementation of change tools, governance, and customer service in all units.
  • Ensuring the successful implementation of change tools (BSC, BPR, Citizen Charter, Kaizen) and evaluating their impact.
  • Consulting on the implementation of new change tools, procedures, and manuals for all units.
  • Providing feedback on the performance of change tools and governance in various units.
